Terms of Use

Effective as of 27 May 2025

1. Acceptance of the Agreement

  1. By accessing and using this platform you unconditionally accept this End-User License Agreement (EULA).
  2. If you act on behalf of a company, you warrant that you have sufficient authority to bind it legally.
  3. If you do not agree, you must refrain from using our services and content.

2. License of use

  1. FJFM grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to access the catalogue and B2B tools.
  2. The license is granted solely for legitimate business purposes in accordance with this EULA.

3. Restrictions

  1. Reverse engineering, massive scraping or automated use without written consent is forbidden.
  2. You may not sublicense, resell or transfer your account to third parties.
  3. Illegal, defamatory or fraudulent use will result in immediate account termination.

4. Intellectual property

  1. All IP rights over software, logos, databases and documentation belong to FJFM Solutions or its licensors.
  2. Nothing in this agreement shall be construed as transferring ownership.

5. Updates & maintenance

  1. We may deploy automatic updates that modify or improve the service.
  2. Planned downtimes will be notified at least 24 h in advance, except for security emergencies.

6. Termination

  1. FJFM may suspend or cancel your account for serious breach or non-payment.
  2. You can cancel your account at any time via profile settings or by emailing support.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

  1. The service is provided “as is” without express or implied warranties of fitness or uninterrupted availability.
  2. We do not warrant the software to be error-free, but we will correct defects diligently.

8. Limitation of liability

  1. FJFM shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profits or business interruption arising from platform use.
  2. Total liability will in any case be limited to the amount paid by the user in the last 12 months.

9. Governing law & jurisdiction

  1. This agreement shall be governed by Spanish law.
  2. The parties submit to the Courts of Madrid, waiving any other jurisdiction.
